Can you help us understand what type of computer, are you running Windows or Mac, and do you know if you are using an external microphone or the one built into your computer? I'm also curious if this has ever worked or if you are maybe just trying for the first time? I'm hoping to learn whether something has changed recently to cause your mic to stop working. I am not sure if you have updated to 5. In you Zoom client make sure you are signed in, then click on Home at the top, click on your profile picture, then Check for Updates. Can you please help me? Probably you will get more trouble in future. Please return them and spend more money to get proper machines. You would need 64GB or more for storage.
